In Satan's Honour

My name is Marie RavenSoul and I am first and foremost a Satanist.  I chose the name RavenSoul for myself because of its significance to me.  A number of years ago, I met a girl who was living on the street who made a big impression on me and while speaking with her, she told me she would call me Raven because it symbolized my strong devotion to Satan.  I have always remembered this throughout the years, so when I was choosing a name, I knew that Raven it must be.  I added the word Soul to show that my love and devotion for Satan reaches to the deepest parts of me.   

 

I first began identifying as a Satanist in 1985 when I was 14 years old; yet Satan has always been with me, I have no doubt about that.  As the years went on I continued to get closer to him, and it is evident to everyone who knows me that he means everything to me.  It should be obvious by now, but I will state it just in case there is any doubt- I DO believe that Satan is a real being, not just a force or a symbol.  He has existed since the very beginning and he is NOT a creation of Christianity; yet he does play a role in its holy book.  Therefore, I am a Traditional/Theistic Satanist.  Also, because I revere and have a relationship with a number of demons; I also identify as a Demonolatress. 

    

I am 38 years of age and live in Ontario, Canada.  I am a writer who has devoted my life to writing for Satan and his people.  It is my opinion that all forms of writing, whether it be fiction or non-fiction is very important and is a big part of the expression of who we are.  It is my commitment to make a difference in the Satanic community and for Satanism as a whole through what I write.
